Things are not black and white, but thanks to the power of technology she's starting to beyohd caught up in the news of the Kingdom Beyond. Princess Kiranmala is back home in plain old New Jersey, trying to readjust to normal middle school life. Kiran hasn't heard from Neel, and we definitely see Kiran learn that in this book. This story is not as complicated to follow as the first one.
